I'd like to know the breakdown of the $103. Is it really $88 in assorted taxes?

$45 is a hidden provincial tax of 22.5 cents per cigarette- 200 cigs in a pack.
On the $90 cost -$45= $45, I am guessing at federal hidden tax of about $15, leaving $30 for the manufacturer.
On the $90 sale there is 7% PST and 5% GST.
