The above comes from the Sun. It's interesting to see what the vast majority will be doing....not much it seems.

How about you? What are you doing?

(btw, we're kind of combing the first and the last options and staying home and enjoying our own fireworks)

No idea.

MIGHT.. go see fireworks downtown but it is always such an incredible hassle getting home from there and its never launched on time so it is seldom worth it.

probably just stay home and b1tch that all the chinese food places stopped taking orders at 5PM.

People are enjoying their homes and time with family. Thats is what Winnipeg is. I personally think its the greatest thing we have going.

I'm sick as a dog with pneumonia, so I will be staying home. We usually have a big party with family but not this year.

Home. Will make some sort of festive snacky dinner with a multitude of cheeses, meats, veggies, pickles and crackers. Regular bedtime for kids. Hubby goes to bed around 9. I'll stay up and heckle people on the internet, and step outside to watch fireworks at midnight.

Not mean. My kids are little. They don't know the difference AND they need their sleep. They won't sleep in, so off to bed they go.

Just dropped 300 bucks at Sydneys to watch 50K of fireworks light up the sky for 10 minutes and nosh on "artsy" servings of stuff.

Is the peg big City enough to have a ball drop at Portage and Main ala new York ?
