What are your plans?

I am taking my kids out and that's about the extent of my plans.

I will be acquiring candy first thing Saturday AM at the Stupidstore. Gotta beat the traffic. I will give out one piece and eat ten. Conventional Halloween candy distribution...

Last year I had maybe fifty kids. The year before maybe 150? Don't know how many to expect but I will have sufficient inventory.

I worry about pervs lurking about, so I am going to slip into my trenchcoat and watch the children.

For the love of God people, someone should watch the children!!! And I volunteer to watch them.

Not sure I understand. It's a trenchcoat, is anything else really needed? I bet you have the nerve to wear pants under yours......

Yes, and they should kiss, because Luke fell for Leia .... really twisted, but hot in a taboo kind of way I suppose if you are sick and into that. They could go as Clones .... they are identical or fraternal? I assume if one is a princess then one is a girl? That's cool!

Whoa.... did they ever make an x-rated Star Wars? I'm sure they did. Vader and Luke compare the size of their Schwartzes.... or was that a different film? What was I watching? Who am I?

We went to Boo at the Zoo last night (see pics below)

Halloween will be the same costumes, though I'll be on one end of the city with my daughter trick-or-treating, and my wife will be home handing out candy on the other end of the city. (We take my daughter to her Nana's neighborhood to get candy).

Last year was her first knocking on doors. It only took a few houses for her to realize what was happening. On about the 5th house...she went from "Trick-or-treat" to "I Need Candy!!!" Smile).

Go as a pirate...it's much safer I'd think...just in case someone didn't understand that you weren't a real priest.

Went to booatthezoo last night.. man it got cold... man did it get packed.
Decorating the yard today... way way behind on that since I have been to sick to do much of anything. I usually try to put something up each day from the start of October but this is the first time I did anything since Sept 29.
Kids are going out trick or treating with a friend. Wife is taking the one year old out and I get to stay home and eat candy... I mean hand candy out. We usually get over 150 kids but that might have something to do with me decorating the house up not sure if I will get enough done in time this year.

Tonight...decorating.

I'm the type who will go ALL OUT for decorations...lights, displays, etc. for most any holiday.

I tried that the first year at our house...and someone stole my wife's inflatable pumpkins and our giant spider...I was PISSED. We had even made custom gravestones, and carved 10 pumpkins. The place looked GREAT!!!

I made up signs canceling Halloween at my house. Saying I wasn't giving out candy because of the theft and noone in our area deserved to get handouts. My wife wouldn't let me hang them up...she told me the kids shouldn't suffer because of a couple of idiots.

We're going to try again this year...got some new inflatables...got a new spider...carved some more pumpkins. No gravestones this year...but I think next year I'll go gung-ho...since Halloween is on a Saturday and I can do it all day, and then tear it down after trick-or-treating.

Taking my daughter out tomorrow night...she's already practicing knocking on things Very Happy.
