who cares that hog barns apparently catch fire more often then any other building on the planet...who cares that hog prices are very low still... yup nothing suspicious about this fire either...

the barns have all sorts of ventilation, never mind the multitude of different alarms when the temp gets to high, to low, not enough oxygen, too much methane, too much CO2. Once a fire starts its not going to be easy to put out, thats for sure... but faulty wiring is not something that should be happening in these buildings quite so often.

it probably was some one smoking and seen how we don't smoke in the work place now a days, i would assume insurance wouldn't cover that. so it will convienetly be a electrical fire. lol

I know this was in jest but my experience working with Hutterites in things electrical leads me to believe these folks are fine technicians and craftsmen. They know what they are doing and they pay for top quality products.

Yeah, just kidding!! I have a great deal of respect for the Hutteriites. They take good care of their property and equipment and they are an incredibly giving bunch of folks. My wife had a territory which included some of the area south west of the city. She visited many farms and stopped in at several colonies for directions and was offered to be driven or escorted to her next stop, and always offered a meal. She got stuck on a back road, and a Hutterite "family" drove right by her without saying anything or stopping, but returned 10 minutes later with a truck and tow cable. We've all heard the story of the family in St Norbert who had to evacuate during the 97 flood and a group of Hutterites showed up and told them "We're here to help you move", and they promplty loaded all the household belongings on their trucks and told the family they'd keep it in storage until they needed it back. No questions, no problems. Truly good folks.
