I think the best coverage on the inauguration was a special last night from Saturday Night Live. Put it all into perspective. Thats my best source for understanding American politics.

Nope, I don't watch much CNN, but I do recall something on a magazine cover.... Was not aware that Kaylee has become a one-name phenomenon. My first thought was to the entertainment segment. Pretty hard to google search based on a first name.

so about the inauguration.

Is this really that big of news to Canadians that it needs to be on all CBC channels (TV and Radio) , as well as CTV can anyone confirm if global and cityTV as also covering ? Does that really make sense that we sent 6 different crews from CBC down there for this?

Well Dean, the CBC has an unlimited supply of money, so they can afford to send six crews down there. We should be grateful that it wasn't ten.

With Obama being sworn in, I just checked my bank account and found myself much better off than I was this morning. The economy is now back on track and peace talks have resumed throughout the world. Food is now flowing to feed the children of the developing world.
Theres a freshness in the air.....it smells like....freedom.

My God, what a difference one day can make.
