This reminds me of an episode of Law and Order last year....

So... does a "Satisfaction Guarantee" constitute fraud if the customer refuses to ever be satisfied?

Perhaps fraud on the part of the customer by trying to get something for nothing.

It'll stop when the court allows costs to the respondent for the actions of the nutjob I think.

There was a peoples Court episode that had some bozo looking for damages well over and above the cost of the lost pants. This judge is a loon. He should be sued by the Koreans for being an ignoramus.

Bailiff whack his peepee.

Geesh...I guess that company that advertises "We're not satisfied until YOU'RE satisfied" should stay away from doing business with judges...or me...I'm rarely satisfied.
