I'm totally predicting a left split:
I believe those disenfranchised reds that were considering voting orange will come to their senses and vote blue. I also believe it is this left split that may very well lead to a blue majority despite maybe having the lowest popular vote on record.

Here's another prediction - Iggy will resign before the end of the week. A new leader will be elected this summer and likely Bob Rae. Later this sumer there will be discussion of a unification of the left. The New Democratic Liberal Party or something to that effect.

Iggie will resign...UNLESS something completely wacky happens and all the orange voters and soft con voters go running red.
AND depending on how bad the liberal slaughter is and how good the orange success is, no way NDP will allow it, not for another election.
IGGIE will not however resign his seat but will stay on to draw payments for doing nothing, somehow his voting record will get even worse and he will stay long enough to get a better pension

One thing is for certain - when Jack wins opposition he will not bring the trio together for a coalition. He's smarter than that and will rest on his gains for the time being rather than tempt the population with a bastard coalition. He'll be in a nice position. We'll see the last of Iggy in Canada.

I heard rumours that the Bloc was getting shellacked. I also heard there will be a conservative majority. Can't wait until they officially release the results at 8:30.
