the asshat gave a guy 90 days for molesting a 14 year old developementally disabled girl . The higher courts overturned that and gave the guy 1 year

Then he said.. well its okay if a girl is sleeping and you start playing with her... if she wakes up and asks you to stop.. no harm done.

oh but the guy just slipped up.. he now knows what he said was wrong.

WTF? now knows? he was a god damn judge for how many years and he only NOW knows because iggie told him?

What other laws and injustices will this judge be willing to allow happen until Iggie tells him its wrong?

Lets all agree right now to attend an NDP rally and a Liberal rally just to ask specific questions that have nothing to do with the platform and only serve to embarrass the candidate because the question is unanswerable.

90 days is incredibly bad, 1 year is just damn bad!
Our whole system is full of crappy sentencing .
I agree with Harper to build more jail cells, and I believe any sexual assault deserves 10 years or more, just to get the perps off the streets. My wife thinks lower sentencing but to cut off their _____!

It looks like the visiting professor is short of candidates and is going to keep the guy on...and if elected, probably make the guy Justice Minister. (Although there are rumours that that department would be renamed Minister of Free Walks.)

In this case, the distraught little girl was a plant. No question.

However, since she did no wrong, and since Canadian politics should be all about access, she should not have been kicked out. Then there would be no story what-so-ever...

the big papers are silent and the majority will never know that it was a set up and they will continue to spew unwarranted hatred.

but like GOM says. they should have allowed her in. and the moment she started being disruptive escorted her out

and then played it up in the media that the NDP are too busy trying to plant people in audiences to do anything of value

But, like Harper has said, it was a 'staff problem'....someone figured they were doing the correct thing, but didn't think it through.

But, of course, because of the obvious (and becoming more obvious daily) Liberal bias of the media, it gets spun the Liberal Way.

incredibly surprising how the Liberals having a judge who is okay with with sexual assaults is simply being completely ignored by the media

oh sure there is a little line here or there, but nothing even close to the "outrage" over someone getting booted from an event.
