What the? really.. just build them with no safety rules?

WHY? so you can

A) Complain that we dont treat your safety properly?
B) Demand even more money to upgrade the systems later
C) Sue for compensation for residents having drank unsafe water?

Absolutely. I think this may well be the reason stuff fails prematurely on reserves. Building it "good enough" does not stand up to normal wear and tear.

It's actually the same approach the city takes far too often. That's why we have so many pot holes and traffic lights.

We need Mike Holmes to oversee the building standards, so whatever is built will be able to last and give proper service to the people living up North.
