Ok, when sh1t like this happens, the first thing in my mind is what money was around to prompt the "party". At work we frequently see a connection with drinking, etc when money is available, (GST cheques are quarterly on the 6th of the month, Child Tax Benefit on the 20th, welfare, mid and end month, etc).
Read between the lines, 18 & 19 yr olds, partying on a weeknight until 6:30 am, migrated from 600 block of McGregor, (Landsdowne) to Jefferson and Parr, a reasonable distance, but begging the question, Where the hell were they going?

In the old days, newspapermen had a reputation for being heavy drinkers with a bottle or two always being passed around a newspaper. It seems the practice is still going on.
