Hi, all. Long time no writing. Life has been a roller-coaster here in Gimli and I need to find some place to stay for at least a few weeks in Winnipeg. I can settle for anything, really, as long as I can use a bus to somewhere around Provencher or the French quarter in general.

Any hints are greatly appreciated, whether websites, suggestions, wild ideas or what. I'm open to anything affordable.

I've had some friends have luck finding stuff that way...especially short-term stuff.

umm but yeah.. I thought there was lots of one room and type stuff in that area.

Yup. One of the reasons for me going to Winnipeg is to be closer to my work. I've been working from home lately but one of the benefits of being in Winnipeg is being closer to work.

ask some of your coworkers if they have a room to rent. A couple of them used to rent out rooms, dont know if they still do. I aint naming names though
