Actually I think it works exactly the opposite: it keeps us all indoors, in too close proximity.

So July ended and it is 3* on average colder, but the thankful thing is if we did not have global warmong it would have been 2.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 degrees colder

Wpg weather is always great!
Great $4 cigar, smooth, easy draw, very mild, in my gazeebo, watching tennis and really enjoying being outside and very few mosquitoes in my gazeebo!
