I think the police do make things up as they go. When they announced the Christmas check stop last week they cavalierly said they will be publishing arrested people's names. So if they have the right to do that why not publish them all year round? And why not publish photos?

That said... These people have not been CONVICTED of anything yet.

Anonymity has proven that it doesn't work so let's try the opposite. Full exposure. Like the Portage La Prairie Hotel. When they get an NSF cheque they put the persons full name on a 14' x 10 sign that hangs over Main Sreet. It stays there until you come in and clear it. Strange isn't it - how effective and fast that seems to work?
