how can any one enforce a clothes by-law/ I think the guy is right. Nudity is an expression, free speach?

real simple to enforce that law.

next time give him a tim hortons cup with a faulty lid.

such stupidity...and I don't mean the crazy naked guy...i mean the fact that something this dumb even went to court.

It's a naked guy...who cares.
If it was a naked woman, odds are it would never see court...there would probably just be a news story about the naked drive-thru lady...and a rush on applications by teenage boys to work at fast food restaurants.

While the naked guy is crazy...he is right...that in a natural state, man is naked. Born naked, reproduce naked (even if you have clothes on, you still have to take something off to get the job done), eat naked (your mouth is still a naked part of your body).

But again, everyone has made it so taboo to flash a tit, or show a butt...yet it's ok to see someone shot 30 times with a machine gun, or stabbed, or an anvil dropped on their head. And they wonder why so much violence is occurring in the world.

What was the size of his "Johnston" ?

This guy could argue that he is simply reducing his carbon footprint by choosing to not wear clothing.

He could also argue that it is his right to dress himself as he see's fit.
