I'll admit. My first thought when I saw this thread title is how I could cause a mass panic at my kid's daycare with a jar of peanut butter through a secret donation ( rolled through the front door unseen. )

Something about kids outside, panicking workers and a fire alarm going. Way to go Kraft.

The best thing is to teach the kid how to deal with it 'cause at some point they are gonna have to. NOT sanitize their every environment so they have no clue how to deal with it.

However, Roasted Chick Pea Butter makes a nice alternative and has the added bonus of freaking out the teachers.

You should find a real daycare...one that hasn't bought into the whole propaganda bull being spread around.

My daughter's daycare (for example) refuses to ban peanut butter, because in our area, it's the only protein many of the kids get each day.

More daycares should stand up and say "screw you" to the whiney parents. If your kid has THAT much of a problem with peanut butter...they probably aren't going to make it in the world anyway.

I hope that one day more schools and daycares can understand that. My one son went without a sandwhich in his lunch for a whole year before we finally convinced him to try other sandwhiches because ALL he would eat was peanut butter sandwhiches.. hell he is 17 and that is still what he wants for breakfast every morning. We actually had the teacher pull us aside and ask us about not sending a "sandwhich" type thing and if it was because we could not afford it. We straight out told he that no.. it was because he only eats peanut butter sandwhiches and burgers and be god damned if we were going to send burgers. So fruits and KD type things were all he had.
