The 200 block is between Margate and Adsum, if I remember correctly. Bungalow city.

Just read the update on the Free Press site 'afore I posted - 7 people were taken into custody (from from a bungalow).
One gets worried, as that's my parents' neck of the woods, but it could have happened anywhere in the city

Hey, watch your mouths!! The Maples is full of good people, well generally speaking. There are a few assholes, but I'm hesitant to give names and addresses. I believe this recent rash of incidents may be people escaping the North End as it has been cleaned with more community centre funding.

The Maples was previously Old Kildonan, which wasn't even part of Winnipeg. The North End refers to the North End of Winnipeg. Depending on where you are in the Maples, you could actually be part of the South End of Old Kildonan. Jeez, do I have to explain everything to you guys!

frick the old world pre almalgamation. that was so long ago most of the people that were around then are retired, dead, or wishing they were.. lets get with the times and maybe just maybe start referring to parts of our city by what they are and not what there were.
