Wrong. It's not trotted out nearly enough. Calling it friggin stupid is empty and fails to describe the issue. We need an opposition to call it exactly what it is. Problem there is that our provinces funding framework relies on the pillars of state liquor, lotteries and the many webs that it's state insurer has cast. An election will be called next week and it can't be soon enough. Hugh is getting up his confidence now so look for some needed truth in this election.
