That's funny. (think about it for a minute....)

The pain relief ingredient in willow bark is a chemical known as salicin. The body convert this to salicylic acid.

A guy by the name of Felix Hoffmann reworked this and we finally have acetylsalicylic acid.

If you take a low dose aspirin each day it's important to take a coated tablet.

But the difference between the body converting salicin to salicylic acid and the Hoffman process is the body's process is natural while Hoffman's is "processed". Think of it this way, when you purchase "processed meat" from the grocery store, it lasts longer on the shelf than natural meat because of the chemicals in the "process". This is my reasoning for really taking stock of what I put into my body, food wise (organics are my first choice for a lot of food), health wise (will choose natural pathic remedies) and drink wise.
