Okay guys, so here's the deal, it's my parents 25th wedding anniversary this December & and need some opinions on some places that either you've been to or heard of that is great for hosting large groups. (30-40 people). Decent food/price.

some of the golf clubs do good jobs at that especially now during their slow season. Been to a few, but cant remember any of the names.

I have heard a few things about Transcona Golf that would lead me to believe it would be wise to look at other places.

another option would be to rent a hall/ room from a community centre and have it catered

How about the Assiniboine Park- one of the best restaurants!
Bombalini's is a great food place- They have one large side and one smaller side that may work for 40?
Their lemon veal is to kill for.
I pay $24 for a single serving, so what food prices would be for 30-40 would be interesting.943 5066
For $12 each you can get MizP barbequing in my outside gazeebo, Honduran Cigars extra!

thanks guys, I actually booked Shooters golf course or Perry's on the Perimeter. I went there for a Christmas dinner this past one and it was delish!!! They were really cool about everything and required no deposit. The place holds about 90 people in total. Thanks for all the options.

It was actually you made Deank that brought back the memory of that restaurant. =)
