How can Calgary have clinched the first place spot in the West? With one game to go, if Calgary loses, and BC wins, they both have a 12-6 record... what do they use as the tie-breaker after that?

What a shock. Did the gargoyle and his minions try to decapitate you when you disagreed with their points of view one too many times?

They probably accused him of being me....they seem to do that.

Well I got tired of a certain poster constantly preaching about how more social programs are going to fix all the north ends problems.

Nobody really believes more social programs will fix ANYTHING do they? Very Happy.

About the only thing fixed when throwing money at an issue, is some politican's wallet.

Believe it or not, some people believe that if you throw money at CCs, all of our troubles will be over....all our bad kids will turn around and become alterboys.

My personal feelings are that some are simply making a job for themselves....nothing wrong with that, but let us keep this in the proper perspective...community centers only appeal to some kids and not all.

Some people like being bad. No amount of money will ever fix that.

They are currently accusing someone named katrina as being you, before that it was pixie. Basically any female sounding name that expresses an opinion is assumed to be you.

Strange that katrina just joined our little sandbox.

So what do you all think of the playoffs?

Going to be a banjo-bowl grey cup? Very Happy.

Yes. Welcome Barton. You'll like this place. It's much more active and with more reasonable people....as a matter of fact, I doubt anyone here lives in their mommy's basement...unlike you know where, where it is a prerequisite. Smile Razz

This is precisely what I meant by self-moderation. Good one. We don't need to play these sideshot cards. Let's be the bigger forum...

Nah, that would be battle of Alberta... these rivalries both have their name well-established.

BTW, I noticed you spelled Calgary "Calgay".... Freudian slip? ;-)
