It's only been 30 years since they originally came up with the concept. Give it another 5 or 6 years, and it shall be operational...

Somebody at city hall must be getting kick backs on traffic signal and stop sign sales, otherwise how else can you explain the frequency with which they are used? They even like putting them in where they're completely unneeded.

speaking of long ago projects finally going ahead..

I noticed a couple weeks back that they had spray painted the areas on the sidewalk where they will be putting in the posts/footings/whatever you want to call them... to build the walkway across from City place to the building across the street, to the hotel to the convention centre....

Well we had to build a couple of bridge, monuments to some other mayors.
