Quite a bit of media coverage over this incident. It is being construed that she was demonstrating government support for the seal hunt. Whats the world coming to when you can't even chew on a little seal heart without stirring up a fuss?

She may have the ability to "fire" or "lay off" or whatever to the Prime Minister, but with all due respect, she is not the one who actually "leads" this country; making decisions in which direction this country is heading in. That would be the Prime Minister. Her position is more of a figurehead and symbolic of the former British control over Canada. Hopefully this waste of taxpayer's money position will be abolished soon.
