I don't have kidz in school anymore. What do you think about our public system?

I think our teachers are caught up in the crap politics and bureaucrats bring to the party. But...

Kids today can't spell; their handwriting is absolutely atrocious; they can't add and subtract without a machine...

Report cards should have grades. All the time.

And just because Europeans do math differently, don't mean we should do it that way.
If the questions is 5+5, the answer is 10 not 2+2+2+2+2=10

100% agree and so does every parent I talk to.. in a given week I talk to about 200 different people from all over the city, work, friends, jsut in the community.

so why cant we get grades back?
