Seems like a DUH that it be Manitoba Highways. Is anyone else actually qualified to decide? Are school board trustees going to drop everything and put a vote every single school field trip? Are police going to be inundated with 10s or hundreds of calls per day from teachers.. is it okay to travel?

Dumbass me...I chose Police & RCMP ...thinking that they are the ones patrolling the highways and biways of the province...

but they are not actively on every single road... they almost exclusively rely on MB highway information.
