So I was sitting here looking at that Colt catalog and my boss walks by me, stops and asks "is there any reason why you are looking at high powered rifles" I turn and look at him, smile and say "meh, don't worry about it" lol!

Speaking of Colt Industries, years ago in another life, I had a colleague that worked for one of their subsiduaries making land-mines. He was responsible for quality control, which amounted to making sure a certain membrane was exact-to-spec or the device blew up too high (killing the person) or too low (causing slight damage).

They wanted specific injuries so that 10, or so, other people would have to support the injured soldier...causing many other issues / problems.
Here I thought that they were meant just to kill the enemy.

That's my story for the day...continue with what you were doing.... Smile

Killing the enemy is too simple. The most effective thing is indeed maiming so there is long term pain and cost to the enemy.
