but if you look at it.. they are removing only 40 jobs... the rest are either not filled or will be empty on retirement.
I wonder what impact removing that many middle managers will have?
but.. why are police and fire exempt? if they have middle management that is not needed... lets get rid of that too.. free up some money for front line troops
