What's with CJOB?

Usually Vic Grant's excuse me is pretty rabid on some issues, but I almost fell out of my chair when I heard how vehemently he was defending WHRA, Postl, Wright and Oswald. Who's pocket is he in I'm thinking?

No questions were asked of the Premier last week when he was on-air. The story has been off the radar when it comes to CJOB.

Then I found something out. The President and GM of CJOB is also a board member of the HSC foundation.

So much for media independence.

So much for any credibility that CJOB may have had at any point in time.

For those that are wondering what my NW username is, I've crossposted this there as well.

NW sucks.

Mary Gold had the same questions last week. The implication was there is a connection between CJOB management and the HSC Foundation board management. Not sure how close to the mark he is if at all.

I don't listen to CJOB much. I do hear how Vic Grant and others have made very controversial and passionate comments in the past. Mayhaps I need to start tuning in.

That said, we have a very polarized division in this space on this very issue. So it is understandable people have widely divergent thoughts. But... Oswald, Postl and Wright have not been forthcoming on the Sinclair issue and that concerns me. And Oswald and Postl have been very blase on the brown envelope issue.

Combined and I cannot understand how these three are still employed at the WRHA. I believe their continued presence cannot be helping with morale withing the WRHA. Time to clean house with an eye towards reducing the WRHA bureaucracy to a mere shell of itself.

In addition to very biased coverage, OB has become a shill for Doer. Thay have him on all the time and the questions asked are so weak, it turns my stomach to see how much ass-kissing they have stooped to doing with him.

Funny that they don't give equal air time to other politicans eh.

Adler doesn't kiss butt. They court Doer because they wanted him to be an on-air host. When he's not around, however, he's crucified.

I had to e-mail Larry Updike yesterday morning and show my disgust with his ass-kissing Doer.

They give him an hours show every month. What's with that?

In case anyone wants to know my NW handle- it is ROSENCRENTZ- so you will be able to figure it out! I haven't been posting there as much as I used to, because of the many warnings about my racist, homophobic, anti bimbo and anti male bimbo comments!

1 The Premier is afraid to
2 The moral sucked long before this cept for the new hires last 10 yrs .
3 The premier could reduce the staff but then the provinces unemployed numbers would go up.
4 As long as we elect this party we will be stuck with very inefficient goverment that caters to the poor .
