Looks ok to me...might be in the settings for your login.

Were you on Thai time when you joined?

Thailand is a 12-13 hour time difference. Pretty sure that's not why there's a 3 hour difference for posting times for me now.

All fixed now! I was on some other time zone - not Thailand or Winnipeg.

Thailand is 12 hours ahead of us!

GOM- did you know that you can get another 6 possibly 7 more threads on the left hand side showing latest topics?

Whoa , I stand corrected! All of a sudden their seems to be room for another 30 to 40 ! I have no idea what happened to that space, but can you imagine how much better the sandbox could be if we could see the last 80 topics, not just the last 35? I wouldn't have to go into the individual categories, or worse that box of newspaper clippings that are 7" from my computer.

I don't know how to operate a camera! I am happy to have learnt how to cut and paste and how to work the thumbs down button, that has seemed to disappear!

I have both Firefox (3.0.3) and Internet Explorer (8 Beta). When I look at this space with ALL the tool bars turned off on IE, in compatibility mode, on a 24" monitor, man does it look GOOD.

For those that insist on using IE but are having problems with it consider upgrading to IE8 and use the compatibility feature.
That was just what I was thinking!

For the Firefox afficiandos I occasionaly have a complete computer freeze-up when browsing. This requires a hard boot to unlock everything. But not once. I have to hard boot THREE times.
If anyone knows what the problem is I'd be real interested in hearing it. I guess I'll stop ufing Firefox for now...

Thanks for all your feedback. I'm trying to respond to the various members
requests. Two things that I heard loud and clear was the home page was
too busy and that an at-a-glance list of the latest posts was desired.


So I took everything off the home page and added the at-a-glance view.

I've also created a new page where I've placed everything else including the stats modules. That page can
be accessed by clicking on the PORTAL icon, second from left under the
banner. Those icons are your friends. Look at each of them and you'll discover more features of this site.

I have decided to limit my changes to once weekly (Saturday or Sunday)
for the next two - four weeks and then once monthly as required.

Please keep sending your feedback.

How about some way to indicate that we think a post is good, if we agree with it, or bad if we don't? maybe something as simple as a thumbs up or down vote, but with no 60 second time limit, and definitely no limit to the number of votes, especially between lets say 10 P.M. and 6 A.M.

How can I post the Huh? signature at the bottom of my posts? GOM can. I tried, but it doesn't work...

Actually use the signature space instead. I'll see if I can do it fer yuh.

There are so few posts up on the left hand site, when one is looking to add some useless comment to recent thread(35 appx)
Can you add where their appears to be space to get the last 60 or 75 threads on that left hand side?
if you cannot, maybe you can add a thumbs down button as their is one coming to newwinnipeg?
