Apparently they happen all the time...attempts that is...but most are just talk that gets the Secret Service on your case and a few years in jail to calm down.

yeah I mean legitimate attempt like reagan. Shots actually fired or whatever weapson actually set off near them. ( not shoes thrown though unless there is something special about the shoes ! )

An actual attempt, rather than a conspiracy to undertake an attempt.

So, an actual shot fired, or bomb detonated, rather than busting a 'special interest group' that has all kinds of plans drawn up.

heh... with the amount of wieght I have on my shoes I dont think I would need a detinator.. stomp my feet and BAMO! everyone dies... as opposed to everyone just being knocked out when I take my shoes off.
