This guy wasn't a Canadian citizen...he was still on a work/visitor visa.

Its pretty clear cut. He refused to follow the rules, regardless of this settlement or lack of it from MPI he did not follow the proper rules to stay in Canada. Why should we allow anyone to stay that we can actually deport, if they wont even make a proper effort to stay legally.

My Mom's flat is a walkup so I cant make it there. Really, REALY???? How long have you know about possibly being deported and you have not even made the effort to help your mom find a new place to live?
