No jail time, just however many community service hours it takes them to rebuild it.

I'd agree with that...except there's more to the replacement than the reconstruction.

And with all the new "safety laws"...they wouldn't be allowed to build it anyway...since it would be deemed a "construction site".

But service hours cleaning the centre, and/or cleaning the sidewalks...etc. For the next 3 years might be more reasonable.

Okay, hire professionals to do the clean-up and reconstruction, and have the kids work off the bill doing those kind of chores.

two months in Jail ( July and August ) followed by 2000 hours community service.
