I wonder how that would work?

Natives get to vote twice and have in effect twice as much voting power as anyone else? Once for their local area candidate and once for the Native candidate? Or would you have to choose? Or would they perhaps be FORCED to only get to vote for the Native one? Or maybe each race that has 10+% of the population gets four candidates? How do we get to choose who votes where? My wife is German and Metis Background.. would she get to vote three times?

Once for local candidate?
