4PM. City goes out of their way to ensure the average citizen can attend eh?

Is there a set of drawings available electronically that shows the work/plan contemplated?

link available on the site.. a study from 2007 (now mostly moot I would assume given how much development has happened since then)

A link to the invitation PDF that appears to have been created on June 22 and Modified June 30th

A link to a July 2010 sustainable transportation document.

Its basically an open house starting at 4PM. no discussions just people standing around available to answer questions. given that, 4PM start seems reasonable. But pretty short notice invitation I am sure I am on the email list for this stuff and I dont recall getting this. I just happened to be on the Winnipeg website today and it was front and centre
