there have been parts of Manitoba flooded since last July. And with the amount we have now and whats coming.. even with a drought, I see some parts of us being flooded straight through to the following spring.. maybe longer.

Appears some farmers will be raising carp for the next couple of years.

Now... if the farmers were smart and the province was too. THAT is what they would do. build some massive retention ponds everywhere and turns the farmers into fish and rice farmers.

yup.. just outside brandon...

apparently the north and south saskatchewan are flooding again too. Cant imagine how the Qp'appel and assiniboine would escape it. if the rest of sask is flooding.
