My best friend is married to an editor of several trade magazines. They're back east in Hamilton. He needs someone to do a one time photo shoot here in The Peg, but hasn't been able to find anyone available, because most of the freelancers are hanging around the river documenting flooding.
If you have mad photography skillz or even decent skillz but a kick a$$ camera (or know someone who does) give him a shout. It's a one off job, but it's a chance to put your shots in a national magazine, with credits AND make some $. I'm not doing it (despite having been a former free photog for a newspaper) because I don't have a decent camera.
