I think what would be best is that we build all new treatment centres within 1/2 block of the home residence of the politicians who dont think we need prisons and want more treatment instead.

Thats a perfectly acceptable option right?

Seems totally righteous to me. However for count iggy, the soon to be ex-liberal leader, we'll need to build them at Harvard. Will the Americans mind?

well.. for those who dont live in their area, just build it within 1/2 block of the president of their riding association.
