I was wondering.. Canada has its own Sex Tourism Crime laws. So can Canada now try and then convict him for the same crimes?

I don't see why not. They're not the same charges so it cannot be res judicata.

So, he's 64, and hopefully he serves the complete 25, so he'll be 89 on release. So, if they try and convict him in Canada, (but why would we let him back in the country), but lets say they do try and convict him, and sentence him to say, 20 years, that would be ok.

Perhaps he could serve his 25 years in a Thai prison, seeing as he has a preference for Thai's. There must be a few concerned parents in Thai prison who could handle the situation.
