Is this tourney tops on your must-watch sports list? Who will win? USA is deemed the team to beat. The game is in Buffalo.

63% of the near record ticket sales were to nearby Canadians. Will this be another Grand Forks? Tourney deemed a success but only because Canadians (mostly Manitobans, some Saskatchewanians) attended in droves, despite blizzards...

Canada WILL win. This is not a flashy team but I believe it will impress us with its work ethic.

Heh. Another Vikings game may (has?) been postponed due to the effects of a blizzard. That won't stop hardy Canadians and their junior hockey game.

Canada pretty much dominated the Russians. Canada's Roy let in one soft goal and one so-so goal while Russia's goalie was quite solid. Not a great all-round performance but a very disciplined, hard working effort.

Great oogely-boogely. That Canada team was very very impressive tonight.

Both the US and Sweden were awfully arrogant leading up to this tourney. The results look good on them (fighting for 3rd and 4th place).

Canada, if they play on Wednesday as they did tonight, will easily handle the Ruskies.

My theory: Russian mafia put a hit on the Canadian players if they won the tournament. The hit was communicated to them during the second intermission.
