I guess it would be more newsworthy had he been eligible to run and was beat...but Arny is no longer the governor.
The odd thing (considering the national results) is that the new governor is a democrat.
Also that he was governor once before (so maybe he was a good one).
It looks like he's out to bankrupt the state though...with BILLIONS of dollars heading into government funding of various projects (electricity, infrastructure, government jobs).
