That "haggard-looking bunch of people hanging around Graham Avenue and Donald Street" are there all the time...I see them every day. They try and evade the patrol by going into the sky-walks to have their tasting party.

I've noticed the foot-patrol, it's too bad there arn't more of them walking around...or walking the beat a little more often. It's a great start tho!

yup..the downtown biz and exchange biz "red" shirts can only do so much not really being able to arrest anyone themselves.

Heh heh When Judy is elected, and all city workers are trained in how to report crime, Winnipeg will be fixed. I don't get how you can't see this...

Judy should train cops to deliver the mail, pick up garbage/recycling, cut grass at the parks and drive buses.

That would solve all crime problems in Winnipeg.
