Post restaurant reviews in the applicable section and post menus in the other.

I wouldn't say post the name AND address in the thread.
Just the name of the restaurant would suffice.
The address would/should be posted in the message somewhere.
A copy of the menu (if available) would be great.
A link to their website would be better (if it's a decent website), or a link to their menu if it's online somewhere.
Also...if you feel adventurous...post a map to google maps or mapquest for location....and...if you've eaten there and want to review it...post a link to your review in the reviews section.
