Hopefully someone who is capable of making positive decisions, and innovative enough that it will make Winnipeg a better place to live. Something that Sam Katz failed to do.

There will be 6 "other" candidates, splitting the vote of the opposition. Katz has an approval rate today of 74%, so no one will be able to unseat him. I am not sure how long he said he wanted to be President. Does anyone remember?
He has done a very good job, in my opinion.
He is working in a "we are broke" situation, since there is no extra income coming in from a naturally growing City coffers, and he is doing the best with what he has!
Calgary's income was always increasing due to expansion. That is how things grow naturally!
