3/5
At two hours, it may have been a bit too long. It also started a bit too slowly for my liking. It's about a guy who moves from NY to help out at his parent's motel, which is on the verge of closing. He hears about a neighboring town rejecting a hippie festival, and having a permit to run a similar event, he calls up the organizers of what became Woodstock.
Directed by Ang Lee, this film didn't do well but I enjoyed it. Liev Scriber shows up in drag and is hysterical. This is a quality film, but not really a must-see one, IMHO.
