He cannot do that......I am sure he could not do that.....that is wrong on SO MANY levels.......two sides to every struggle right?

No, he is pandering to the duped blue collar set for votes just like he is pandering to the disenfranchised and in the eyes of those of us who are not so easily swayed his platforms are looking more like a SWIFTIAN nightmare.....I have no probs with Unions but have huge problems with what they have become in some cases.....just as corrupt and bereft of the human element as their so-called corporate adversaries.

He also wants to raise welfare an extra $13,000.00 per year. He obviously isn't looking for the tax payer vote! He is a commie bastard!

Successful targeting of welfare types and union members is a sure fire method of winning the leadership race.

What peeps like me must do is work hard at making sure that the NDP does not get elected with this bozo in charge.

I have worked with Steve's spousal unit way back when on wimmin's committees and found her to be a real firebrand.....a good compliment to Steve.....but Steve to me seems like he is clutching at the usual straws, pandering to the lowest common and not forward-thinking denominations and such.....he is losing credibility in my eye......not that I support the NDP but I have liaised with many in that party on personal projects over the years and such.....one must never burn bridges right?

If that happens, I wonder how long before the taxpayers hunt him down and lynch him.

Something that you dont have to worry about in a communism system of government. You will be told what you are working at and you will be happy for ever after or we will put you to death.

Banning replacement workers wouldn't be a new idea. Quebec and BC have similar laws.

Vote for me and I will

1. eliminate business tax.
2. eliminate payroll tax.
3. cut provincial income tax in half.
4. cut useless or redundant jobs in government.
5. cut wasteful spending by Government.
6. Build infrastructure the right way and build it to last.
7. prohibit unions and collective bargaining. No point when we have a labor board who does the same thing with the exception of protecting dead weight workers.
8. Give tax incentives and breaks to companies who build factory and offices in Manitoba.
9. Eliminate School Divisions, RHA's and the bureaucratic empires they have become.
10. Eliminate no-fault insurance. and allow competition for vehicular insurance.
11. Allow MB hydro to run itself like it was a private company. Allow them to use profits they generate to upgrade their infrastructure and expand.

Not even gonna touch this one.....if idea 7 had any merit than all the so called "right to work" southern US states would be the richest states in the country rather than the poorest with the lowest per capita incomes. All your ideas have been tried by our neighbours to the south, and I'd argue that they are a failure.

Not even gonna touch this one.....

This is what is needed to pull Manitoba out of the hole Pawley and Doer have sunk us in. I'd do more but I would have to get in Federal where I could change the laws of the land. Criminals would be behind bars, not sitting at home planning their next caper. Prison, not on the public dime either, they would be working 10 hours a day to pay their room and board while in jail. No conjugal visits, just chemical castration or isolation when not working. No visitors, no internet, no TV. TV sets yes, but with 24 hour anti crime propaganda or 24 hour therapy channel.

No 2.5 billion dollar capital loans to African banks when the people of our country are in need. NO unions or collective bargining for any government employee's. Public service is public service, dont like it get a job in the real world.

Doctors and Nurses educations would be partially funded by Federal / Provincial partnerships and students must sign a 15 year agreement to work where assigned or go to another country to learn on your own dime.
