So I was wondering if I could get your opinions on something. This summer I noticed that I haven't gotten a single mosquito bite yet. I find this odd as every one else I know has. So two days ago I watched four mosquitoes do their thing on my arm and to my amazement there has been no reaction what so ever. So I am now wonder if I should happy about this or worried... lol I used to get "bite" marks before. So I guess I am wondering if any of you have heard of people not reacting to skeeter bites? Thanks.

Only mosquitoes exposed to green kryptonite have any effect on me...just kidding.

Haven't had a single bite this year, but I know what you're referring to. Sometimes I get a welt and other times not. There have been times when I didn't even feel the little bastard having a full course meal on me. Not sure if its your skin or if its the mosquito. I always carry After Bite as it takes the sting and the itch away.

I don't have any itching or stinging at all. I used to itch like crazy, but not anymore. lol maybe I am bullet proof now as well. :fightgun:

they may have been male mosquitoes on your arm...they don't bite

though i experience the phenomena as well...pisses my wife off cause she gets eaten alive...but i don't get bit once.

I wonder if I should just consider myself lucky. I am perfectly healthy, I even quit smoking since last summer. I wonder if that could have some thing to do with it. lol

The mosquitoes that itch and leave marks have STDs. I heard most mosquitoes are sluts and will stick it into anything. Shocked

Skeeters bite me but I very rarely have an itching reaction to the bites. But this year so far I am not even sure I have been bitten once.

Skeeter fun. Wait for one to land and start sucking. Pull the skin around it so tight it cant release its sucker...

I don't think I've had a single bite in or around my yard this year. But I got eaten alive in the Whiteshell a few weeks ago.
