I just realized that we could have a team here with those subsidies!
In the hallway or in an attached area we could have the museum.

And the rights museun could be a large screen TV showing tapes of all the other museums, and at a cost of under $30,000 to set up a dozen screens, running the stories off a series of tapes of some kind!
Eliminate different faces being executed, starved and worked to death, with the same depressing results. (my opinion on the whole subject)
This would work, but it is too simple, and too cost efficient to gain any people to work on it!
Triniman should propose this to Gail Asper!

I will have to go to the synnsgogue and get Mayor Sam, and the Aspers and the Shindlemann's to consider using some common sense, but this was Izzy's dream and I am pretty sure that the Asper's never lived in the North End. This is a North End idea for sure!

Way too much money!
I just saw a plan to build a brand new Conservatory with a Butterfly Museum , etc at Assiniboine Park- Total cost $20 million dollars!
$300 million for a Human Rights building
$20 Million for a new Conservatory- the old one was built in 1914 and repairs would be appx 10 million
