This rkind of relates to the story. Wanna hear something funny and sad at the same time? The YMCA Downtown will suspend you for 30 days if you are caught masturbating in the change rooms. If two guys get into a fight in say...the basketball courts, they are banned for life. Fighting is not tolerated at the Y, but masturbation is OK.
About 5 years ago a small man grabbed a larger man's genitals in the shower. The larger man proceeded to punch and kick the smaller man several times. Result? Larger man banned for life. If this incident happened at the YMCA Downtown, they would have completely ignored it.

Did the smaller man get a 30 day suspension? or does that rule only apply to self-masturbation?

When I finished my workout a dude was talking with a staff member about a man in the sauna who propositioned him. The staff member replied that they had a policy that he did not agree with:
