Remember how as kids in elementary school we thought the Queen was a really big deal and somehow important to our country? We also thought that Milli Vinelli was a real singing act.
Time to grow up Canadians...we have our own country now. We do not need the ridculous and expensive pomp and circumstance of a Queen, a Governor General, and ten Lieutenant Governors, pretending to be important and that they matter to anyone. Not to mention all their stuffy and pompous staff, limos and big budgets. We are all fools if we do not eliminate this waste immediately.
Not that I have an opinion on this or anything....
