Weird Windstorm May 29th, 2009

One minute it was clear blue sky. Then there were ominous grey/black clouds to the North, the temperature drops by more than 5 degrees, and then the wind just starts to churn up lots of dust.

Normally when we get swirrly winds like that, it's part of the "package" of a storm including heavy rain and hail. But there was no precip.

Somebody I talked to said the winds were tornado-like.
