Hello sandboxers,

Please welcome the first ever sandbox newsletter. I promise not to make a habit of this.

If you've recently visited the sandbox you'll have noticed a significant change to the homepage. DON'T panic. The latest topics sidebar has been moved to the new and improved portal. This provides sandbox members with a couple of benefits. One benefit is the expanded width to read the forum. The second is a portal that greatly enables members to navigate around the sandbox.

The new portal includes the latest topics sidebar. And for you rosen, it shows the maximum number of new posts possible. Additionally we have added a CBC News sidebar. Also on the portal you'll find the top posters list, clock, weather bar and other widgets.

Across the top of the portal just under the banner are a couple links. One link will take you to a new page showing all posts since your last visit. Another link takes you to a page showing who is online and the day's top twenty.

If there are other portal widgets you'd like to see or other links let us know. If we can make it happen we will.

This is your sandbox. Nothing that has been done today cannot be undone. But I hope you'll give this new look some time.

I really dont like this new look at all. Very icky to navigate and a super pain in the ass.

It is growing on me , next time send out warnings as I thought maybe we had been invaded by the darkside and they had f----- with it .
